LAUREN RECORDS
Lauren Records has over five year’s experience within the ABA and Speech industry helping families navigate autism spectrum disorders, communication disorders, and intellectual delay and disorder. Using her degree in Educational Psychology and Minor in Administration and Training from the University of North Texas she guides parents with compassion and kindness from the first phone call to the first day of therapy. As a mother of three and an advocate for her own children, she understands the complexities of little ones and approaches her job with the same tenacity and understanding.
With a background in medical sales and management, she has experience with Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Pediatric Genetic disorders. Gifted with the ability to navigate delicate matters and hard conversations, Lauren offers our families the opportunity to be vulnerable to share their story and navigate their journey ahead.
In the past, Lauren was the Director of Business Development for a leading ABA company that she helped grow as a business and served countless families. A leader in the community and within the clinics, she offers a targeted set of skills that best represent the children's and family’s pediatric needs. Lauren’s passion is to foster an environment where she effectively bridges the gap between referring doctors and specialty physicians to provide a successful transition into our clinics and then into the community.
Community Outreach & Training Specialist
Sarah Hogan, BCBA, LBA
Sara Hogan graduated with a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis through Texas Tech University in 2017. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), certified special education teacher, and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Texas. She began her journey in the classroom teaching special education as an inclusion teacher before moving to a life skills teaching position. During her years as a teacher she felt a calling to find a career that would allow her to make a more substantial difference in the lives of the children and families that she worked with. She is also a mother to six children and one of whom has special needs. As an advocate for her own child, she understands the importance of empowering families and caregivers by teaching the skills to promote a safe and enriched environment. With the lack of resources and training available to most families, she has made it her mission to provide effective training that is individualized to each family and environment.
